Review of your land
We will review your block of land and ensure it is suitable and ready for water, sewage and gas installations.
Initial consult with Regulatory Bodies
Civil Made will contact the council and any regulatory bodies to get inital advice as to what is allowed for your property.
PERMITS LODGED
We will organise finalise your permit application paperwork and lodge your planning permit application.
ISSUES RESOLVED
Working with councils and regulatory bodies, we will address and resolve any permit conditions that are required to obtain your permit.
SUPPLEMENTARY CONSULTANTS
Civil Made will arrange any consultant reports that are required to supplement your application. For example Arborists, Traffic Engineers, Geotechs.
AUTHORITY FEES
We work on your behalf to negotiate authority fees and charges to get you the best outcome for your planning permits.
FINAL DESIGNS AND PERMITS
Following all consultations and requirements, Civil Made will finalise your subdvision plans and designs for approval and ensure your permit is obtained.
PERMIT CONDITIONS
Once we get your permit, we ensure your permit conditions are met. This includes organising contractors to complete works such as sewer installations, gas supply, gas mains installations, electricity infrastructure and driveway installations.
STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
Civil Made will organise the statement of compliance from authorities so you can obtain titles for each new lot and commence your building works.
